What happens during a training session?

As part of your package you will receive a training plan designed and tailored to reaching your goals, so a training session will be going through what is on YOUR plan.

Why do I need a personal trainer?

A personal trainer gives you that accountability to turn up each session a grow both physically and mentally, and gives you the confidence that you are well on your way to achieving results.

How often should I be training?

Anywhere from 3-6 days per week is ideal to maximise your results.

What kinds of goals do you help clients achieve?

Whatever your goal is I am here to help, whether that be muscle gain, fat loss, a combination of the two, injury recovery or just general fitness and an overall better mindset.

Can I still drink/enjoy a social life while training?

Absolutely, many of my current clients are lifestyle clients who enjoy a social life while training. I can show you how you can balance the two to live a happy and healthy life.

Where do you train your clients?

1-1 sessions take place at PureGym in Chester.

Are your services suitable for beginners?

My services are suitable for anybody at any level of training, no matter whether you’re beginner, intermediate or advanced.

I’m not very confident in the gym, can you help?

Absolutely! Many of my clients weren’t confident at the start of their fitness journey, but thanks to continued support and guidance they now have a good knowledge of training and execution of exercises.
